All materials on Nirvant including courses, graphics, software, and logos are owned or licensed by Nirvant and protected by intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. 6. Payment, Subscription, and Refund Policies

9. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between Nirvant and its users. They replace all prior agreements, written or oral. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force, maintaining the integrity of this agreement.

Account Rules

License

Permitted Uses

Violations

Enforcement
